Joe is the by far the best tutor I have ever had.

I am currently studying A2 physics and maths with him and he is really a miracle worker. At college, I was doing some topics that I found to be very complicated and I thought I would never be able to comprehend them, but as soon as I go to Joe for a lesson, he makes them really accessible and now I can do them as easy as 1+1=2.

Due to Joe's incredible organising skill, I don’t need to worry about what I have to go over with him, as he has planned everything in advance already. He took his time to familiarise himself with my particular syllabus, a skill that I think most tutors lack, in my experience. they just tend to teach a topic generally with knowing very little of what the syllabus is actually asking them to teach.

Joe never rushes anything and takes his time out to go over a concept again and again using different techniques until I understand it fully and can apply the knowledge to solve questions. Many tutors are constantly looking over their watch and never go beyond the fixed time they intend to teach and fortunately, Joe isn’t one of them. On occasions, we have gone over the time limit in order to understand a few difficult concepts and Joe never rushed his lesson because of it and didn’t charge anything extra.

Another excellent characteristic of his that he is always willing to go the extra mile. Besides teaching me physics and maths, he has helped me out on my extended project and with my UCAS application, which involved going over my personal statement and researching into universities I could apply to. He is also available on phone or email and from where he can help me out with any question I have or if I am struggling with my homework.

Above all, Joe is a very friendly person and easy to work with. I truly feel lucky to be one of his students and I would recommend him to anyone studying A-levels maths or physics.
